Mike Deegan, Local Council Consultant, has extensive experience working with local councils; including councils nominating and dealing with assets of community value. In this session, Mike will provide invaluable guidance to understanding community assets and the Assets of Community Value (ACV) regulations; offering practical advice and examples on how to tackle issues from a Town or Parish Council perspective. His experience means he knows how to address matters (particularly from a local council standpoint) to help find solutions and positive outcomes!
